Checklist
Documents usually needed
- Passport valid at least 3 months after your return, with 2 blank pages
- UAE residence visa / Emirates ID valid at least 3 months after return
- Two recent photos (35 × 45 mm, white background)
- Bank statements for the last 3–6 months, stamped by the bank
- Salary certificate or NOC from employer (or trade licence if self-employed)
- Travel insurance with at least €30,000 medical cover
- Flight reservation and hotel booking for the whole trip
- Day-by-day travel plan
